102817ALCHEMIC
earth-bound her heaven smile.
if her smile is spun to gold,
in that furnace-heart of
molten rock and flower petals,
his alchemic hands (though tired of ages)
find rest in her silver words
and lasting sheen.
he traces sleepy eyes along her gossamer
lustre lips as she whispers songs
into the near-dark
while the stillness of earth-bound ethereals
and angels of the under-halls
bring him thus to slumber

I already commented on this; I know I did because I saw the comment on the way scrolling down the page to get to this handy little commenting box. I'm glad I didn't mark this as read a million kajillion years ago when I first read and commented on it, because then I got to read it again tonight. This writing makes me happy, in a manner similar to something like a teddy bear. (It's cool because I felt like a tangly frazzle. Reading this had a smoothing-out effect. unless it's affect, since I can't get it right even when I look it up anymore.)
