[FROM THE BOOK OF MAR/XOR]

"I can see the stars look down on me."

Imagine the worst thing that's ever happened to you.

That's all you needed to know, but what follows is the true story as clearly as I can tell it. It all boils down to one question and one answer, and it all depends on your point of view. To set things straight, your point of view is probably on the outside.

Your question is "What happened to you on that dark day?"

My answer is "Nothing."

I sat by myself in the cold, and my mind cracked.

In another place it was as good as the end of the world.

I've cultivated and engineered what is probably an acute psychosis for almost a decade, should we consider the worst-case scenario. I made an imaginary world and peopled it. I gave it a history, a beginning and an ending, I gave it a trillion stars and I gave the heavens clockwork, and spun an intricate cobweb of leys through the galaxies. I storied about the All-Father and the angels, and the lives of men and beasts more numerous than sand by the sea. I agonized over the crawl of thirty thousand years of time and everything in between, on the Earth and in the heavens, in the deep sky and the higher realms and the great Abyss.

It all began while I was still whole, and for a time it was good.

Eventually I found myself correlating the histories of that world with events in my own life. In AD 1996 it was no more than you'd expect any imaginary world. I remember the day everything changed.

In those realms, the Abenon Trinary aligned with what would be best described as the First Earth, twelve hundred years after its creation. During this time, the Fallen One and his host declared war on the angels. The delicate lands of First Earth, masterpiece of the work of the angels, shuddered under the crushing blow of the moon Worm-Wood as it fell. During the struggle of Powers above and below, the mighty Wormu was called upon to tear the heavens asunder, and to unlock the door to the Abyss.

Abenon's alignment heralded the destruction of paradise and the creation of a new world.

To an extent here, two Worlds coincide: As the trinary aligned, somewhere on Earth another paradise was collapsing, another Abyss was opening, and another new world began.

please do not
confess
that which
is not
your sin
..
are you sure
it is your own hand
creating
..
the worlds
which are within?

an encrypted syndrome i know too well
as with my own i suffer,
and i have only recently known gradual healing
the might of God is everything compared to us -
but i thought i could do it on my own.

to be not myself, but rather;
God
this was my sin

something i longed for...
maybe too much.
to rid myself of the world in which my body dwells
and to be with the Lord in perfect harmony
a song too sweet for human ears
a melody too quiet in the deafening silence
of a mind in which no thought was left alone
in which no crevice was left untouched
no person gone;
no personality absent;
no fact imaginary;
but they remain only as a poem to my sorrowful song
through which i have dragged too many unwilling souls
to what i called home.

To be under the influence
of a human mind that is not your own
is the ultimate case of captivity
but who would set them free?
there was none greater than them who performed it
so i had to reconcile
i had to redeem
i had to make everything better.
and i am still not free of the sin of enforcing captivity
but, at least -

i'm working on it.
